I currently have openings for new voice and beginning piano students in my studio. I tailor my teaching to the student, and your goals are very important to me. My preferred student age-range is 7 through adult, but if your child is younger and an excellent reader, please contact me.
I teach lessons at my home studio, which is located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin, just north of the Monona Golf Course.
My music lesson philosophy is to offer a multi-faceted education. Learning repertoire is only one aspect of learning music. Voice students also learn to read music, play basic piano, act, and sight sing to ensure a skill that will provide life-long enjoyment. Piano students also learn music theory, sight reading, and musicianship/interpretation.
